Due to health and insurance regulations, and in order to maintain the highest level of health and safety, we are no longer able to accept returns or order cancellations unless a incorrect or obsolete product has been received.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Perishable items such as food cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
