Is online grocery shopping available in my area?

Yes, we deliver everywhere in Canada. The pick-up service is not yet offered in your area? We are working to expand our pickup areas to accommodate as many customers as possible. If you send us your email, we will inform you when our services are offered in your area.

What are the delivery times?

We deal with carriers to deliver your orders. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation as well as a tracking number which will allow you to follow the progress as well as the expected delivery date.

Do I need to create a Euro-Market.ca account to order online?

You can browse our product offering and add to your cart without having an account (but you enter your email address before you can checkout).

Are there any fees associated with using the Euro-Market.ca online grocery service?

Delivery charges may apply. There are no additional fees for in-store pickups.

Do I have to pay more for same-day pickup or delivery?

There are no additional charges for same-day delivery or pickup.

    1. $9.99 CAD for local delivery in Montreal (Free for orders over $150 CAN or $4.99 from $74.99 purchase)
    2. Starting at $14.99 CAD for shipping within the province of Quebec
    3. Starting at $19.99 CAD for shipping to the rest of Canada

Can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel your order before it is sent to you.

Are there any fees for canceling my order?

No, there are no fees for canceling your order.

Is it possible that I will not receive the products I ordered?

Although it is rare, if any of the products you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you to offer a replacement. If no substitute is available, we will refund you for the out of stock product(s).


If you choose to replace the unavailable item, the total order amount may be modified (upwards or downwards).

Should I tip the delivery person?

Our delivery drivers are committed to providing you with the best possible service, without expecting a tip in return. Your order total includes all fees you must pay.

What payment methods are accepted online?

Credit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express) are accepted online. You can add more than one credit card to your account, but you can only use one to pay for your order.

Does my order entitle me to a receipt?

A receipt will be emailed to you after you place your order.
