Shipping policy

1. General provisions for home delivery

    The products available on the site can be delivered to the customer's home, across Canada.

    The customer will be delivered to the address chosen during his order confirmation. The order is delivered to the threshold of the dwelling, that is to say to the door of the recipient's house or to the foot of his building in the case of an apartment. The delivery person will communicate with the Customer 30 minutes before delivery and will present himself at the delivery address given when ordering.

    In the event that the customer is absent when the deliverer/carrier visits despite having made a delivery appointment, the Customer acknowledges that in this case he would be obliged to bear the cost of a new possible delivery, which would be specified by the delivery person when making a new delivery appointment.

    The price paid for the delivery will be the one in force at the time of placing the order on the site, and will be indicated to the customer before confirming his order.

    An e-mail will inform the customer of the dispatch of his order.

    COVID-19: All our deliverers are equipped with protective masks in accordance with the health measures in force against covid-19.


    2. Delivery time

      Delivery of the order will be made within a maximum period of 2 to 5 working days from the date of shipment of the order.


      3. Delivery time

        Deliveries of orders will be made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.


        4. Additional delivery information

          The Customer must verify the conformity of the delivered order before signing any delivery document.

          In case of missing products, the customer will indicate the missing product(s) on the delivery document. Products missing from the order will be delivered at our expense within 48 hours of the initial delivery of the order.

          In the event of finding a serious anomaly (torn, open, damaged packaging, etc.), the Customer will refuse the package and will specify the reasons for his refusal on the delivery document.

          This verification is considered to have been carried out once the Customer, or any person authorized to receive the package on his behalf, has signed the delivery document.
