General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1) Application

Any order placed on www.euro-market.ca implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. By clicking on "Pay for order", the Customer acknowledges having read them.

2) Price

Prices are indicated:

  • in Canadian dollars (CAD) for deliveries within Canada

  • in US dollars (USD) for deliveries to the United States

Applicable taxes and delivery charges are added at the time of order.

3) Order

The order becomes final after confirmation and full payment. The Customer agrees to provide all necessary information for delivery. In case of modification or cancellation after confirmation, please contact our customer service immediately.

4) Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via Shopify Payments with 3D Secure authentication . In case of unavailability of the product, a refund will be issued.

5) Delivery and availability

Products are delivered according to available stocks. In case of shortage, you will be informed by email. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the product is no longer available.

Security and Privacy

We use secure measures to protect your personal data. However, using the Internet involves certain risks beyond our control. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and the use of your account.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec (Canada) for Canadian customers and the laws of the State of New York for US customers.
