These conditions govern all relations between the site www.euro-market.ca published by Euro-market, whose identity and contact details are specified under "legal notices", and on the other hand, non-professional natural persons wishing to make a purchase via the website www.euro-market.ca, after referred to as the Customer.
1) APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Any order from the Customer implies the buyer's full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale to the exclusion of all other documents.
The Customer declares to adhere to it and to accept the content by clicking on the button "Pay the order", before the confirmation of his order, which constitutes acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
The price of the products is indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD), excluding taxes and shipping costs.
The order is made by the Customer on the euro-market-ca site.
The order will only be final and the transfer of ownership made after payment of the full price of the order (taxes and delivery costs included).
The information transmitted by the Customer when taking the order commits the latter. As such, the Customer undertakes to transmit all the information necessary for the delivery of the products, in order to guarantee their successful completion, and to take delivery of the products to the address mentioned by the Customer when ordering.
If the Customer wishes to change his mind after sending the final confirmation message, the Customer must contact Euro Market customer service by any means and as soon as possible at (+1) 514-559-7030 or by mail firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event that the Customer's request to cancel an order occurs after shipment, EURO-MARKET will be entitled to withhold the price of the delivery.
The payment of orders is made only in Canadian dollars (CAD), at the time of validation of the order by EURO-MARKET, by credit card for the full amount including tax of the order and delivery costs.
In case of unavailability of the product ordered after receipt of the price corresponding to the order, the Customer will be informed and refunded as soon as possible.
The Parties agree that the sums paid in advance are not a deposit.
Shopify Payments authentication
In order to prevent and fight against fraud and identity theft, the www.euro-market site systematically offers a bank card holder identity verification system called "3D SECURE". According to this system, after entering the bank card number in the secure page, a verification request will be made by the bearer's bank. This verification can take different forms depending on the bearer's bank: Sending a security code by SMS, requesting the bearer's date of birth, etc.
The order is suspended until complete validation of the "3D SECURE" identity control process by the Customer.
5) PROVISION OF THE ORDER
Our product offers are valid while stocks last.
Information on product availability is provided to the customer at the time of ordering. Unfortunately, for technical reasons related to the inability to display the stock and refresh the pages in real time, stock deviations are always possible.
In the event of unavailability of a product after placing an order, the Customer will be informed by email of the cancellation of his order.
