Peach vanilla iced tea "Golden Hour"
Preparation (quick)
- Heat 500 ml of water then steep 2 lemon tea bags and 1 ginger lemon tea bag for 8 to 10 minutes. Then let cool completely.
- In a small saucepan, pour the peach syrup, pure cane syrup, a few drops of lemon concentrate and a little vanilla (extract or pod if available). Heat gently for 2 to 3 minutes until you get a fragrant and slightly thicker syrup.
- Fill a large glass with ice cubes. Pour the cooled tea up to two-thirds of the glass then add the vanilla peach syrup.
- Add a splash of lime syrup to bring freshness. Mix gently.
- For a more visual version, add a few drops of grenadine to create a light pink gradient at the bottom of the glass.
