1. General provisions for home delivery
Our products are available throughout Canada and the United States (52 states) .
Deliveries are made to the threshold of the home (house door or foot of the building in the case of an apartment).
The amount of applicable delivery charges is displayed before final validation of the order.
A shipping confirmation email is sent once the order has been picked up by the carrier.
Important note:
PO boxes are not accepted.
Any incorrect or incomplete address may result in the package being returned. In this case, shipping costs will not be refunded and additional fees may apply for any reshipment.
2. Estimated delivery times
- Montreal & Greater Montreal : 1 to 3 business days
- Quebec (excluding Greater Montreal) & Ontario : 2 to 5 business days
- Other Canadian provinces : 3 to 10 business days

Some areas may also benefit from free delivery with no minimum purchase. Information will be specified at the time of ordering according to the postal code .

4. Shipping Costs – United States
- Standard International (4 to 8 business days)

5. Responsibilities and anomalies
In the event of an anomaly upon delivery, the customer must refuse the package and state the reasons on the delivery slip.
An order is considered delivered once marked “Delivered” by the carrier to the address indicated.
In the event of package theft , it is the customer's responsibility to make a declaration to the competent authorities and to the carrier .
We will provide all necessary documents to support the claim.

1. Customer account and order

Our products are available while stocks last. If they are unavailable, you will be notified and you will not be charged for these items.

Prices are displayed in CAD for Canada and USD for the United States . They may vary depending on the delivery location and are subject to change without notice. Promotions, discounts, and coupons only apply if valid at the time of final payment.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering , by credit card or other payment method authorized via our secure system.
5. Delivery and collection
We only deliver to the regions listed on our website. Pickup is available at the designated collection points. You must select a time slot for each order.
In case of absence during delivery or failure to respect the collection slot, fees may apply .
6. Substitutions
If you have accepted the substitutions , we may replace the unavailable products with equivalent items. You have the right to refuse them upon receipt or through our after-sales service. Euro MRKT cannot be held responsible for allergens present in the substituted products.
7. Minimum amount, assembly and delivery costs
Each order is subject to a minimum purchase amount . Assembly and delivery fees vary depending on the delivery area .

8. Returns and exchanges
Products can be returned or exchanged upon receipt or directly at the collection point . No returns by mail or carrier will be accepted. See our FAQ for more details.
9. Liability
Euro MRKT shall not be liable for any indirect loss or damage resulting from the use of the Site, pricing errors, substitutions, missing products, or inaccuracies in descriptions. The sole remedy in the event of a dispute is a refund or exchange of the products in question.

1) Application
Any order placed on www.euro-market.ca implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. By clicking on "Pay for order", the Customer acknowledges having read them.
2) Price
Prices are indicated:
- in Canadian dollars (CAD) for deliveries within Canada
- in US dollars (USD) for deliveries to the United States
Applicable taxes and delivery charges are added at the time of order.
3) Order
The order becomes final after confirmation and full payment. The Customer agrees to provide all necessary information for delivery. In case of modification or cancellation after confirmation, please contact our customer service immediately.
4) Payment
Payment is made online by credit card via Shopify Payments with 3D Secure authentication . In case of unavailability of the product, a refund will be issued.
5) Delivery and availability
Products are delivered according to available stocks. In case of shortage, you will be informed by email. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the product is no longer available.
