1. General provisions for home delivery
Our products are available throughout Canada and the United States (52 states).
Deliveries are made to the doorstep (house door or ground floor of the building in the case of apartments).
The applicable shipping fees are displayed before final order confirmation.
A shipping confirmation email is sent once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Important note:
P.O. boxes are not accepted.
Any incorrect or incomplete address may result in the package being returned. In this case, shipping fees are non-refundable and additional fees may apply for any reshipment.
2. Estimated delivery times
- Montreal & Greater Montreal: 1 to 3 business days
- Quebec (outside Greater Montreal) & Ontario: 2 to 5 business days
- Other Canadian provinces: 3 to 10 business days
- United States:
Standard: 4 to 8 business days
Express: 2 to 3 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on weather conditions, order volume, or the time of year.
3. Shipping fees – Canada
Quebec
- $1.00 to $79.00 → $14.99
- $80.00 to $149.00 → $9.99
- $150.00 and over → Free shipping
Greater Montreal
- Free shipping on orders of $79.00 or more
- Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days
Some areas may also qualify for free shipping with no minimum purchase. This information will be specified at checkout based on the postal code.
Other Canadian provinces (e.g.: BC, Alberta, NB, etc.)
- 0 to 3 kg → $19.99
- 3.1 to 15 kg → $29.99
- 15.1 to 18 kg → $34.99
- 18.1 to 21 kg → $39.99
4. Shipping fees – United States
- Standard International (4 to 8 business days)
→ Fees calculated based on the package weight - Express International (2 to 3 business days)
→ $69.99
5. Responsibilities and issues
In the event of a delivery issue, the customer must refuse the package and state the reasons on the delivery slip.
An order is considered delivered once it is marked “Delivered” by the carrier at the address provided.
In the event of package theft, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a report with the appropriate authorities as well as with the carrier.
We will provide all necessary documents to support the claim.
