To place an order, you must create a customer account, keep your information up to date, and log in before making any purchase. By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms.

An order does not constitute automatic acceptance of the sale. The contract is concluded only once the assembly of your order is completed and the final payment has been accepted.

Our products are offered subject to available stock. In the event of unavailability, you will be informed, and no amount will be charged for those items.

Prices are displayed in CAD for Canada and in USD for the United States. They may vary depending on the delivery location and are subject to change without notice. Promotions, discounts, and coupons apply only if they are valid at the time of final payment.

Payment is due at the time of ordering, by credit card or any other authorized payment method through our secure system.

We deliver only to the regions indicated on our website. Pickup is available at the listed pickup locations. You must select a time slot for each order.

In the event of absence at the time of delivery or failure to comply with the pickup time slot, fees may apply.

If you have accepted substitutions, we may replace unavailable products with equivalent items. You have the right to refuse them upon delivery or through our customer service. Euro MRKT cannot be held responsible for allergens present in substituted products.

Each order is subject to a minimum purchase amount. Assembly fees and delivery fees vary depending on the delivery zone.

Products may be returned or exchanged at the time of delivery or directly at the pickup location. No returns by mail or carrier will be accepted. Please consult our FAQ for more details.

Euro MRKT cannot be held liable for any indirect loss or damage resulting from the use of the Site, pricing errors, substitutions, missing products, or inaccuracies in product descriptions. The sole remedy available in the event of a dispute is a refund or exchange of the affected products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec (Canada) for orders placed in Quebec, and by the laws of Ontario (Canada) for orders in other provinces. For orders in the United States, the laws of the State of New York apply.
