General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1) Scope of application

Any order placed on www.euro-market.ca constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. By clicking "Pay for Order," the Customer acknowledges having read and understood them.

2) Prices

Prices are indicated:

  • in Canadian dollars (CAD) for deliveries within Canada
  • in US dollars (USD) for deliveries within the United States

Applicable taxes and shipping fees are added at the time of the order.

3) Orders

The order becomes final after confirmation and full payment. The Customer agrees to provide all necessary information for delivery. In case of modification or cancellation after confirmation, please contact our customer service immediately.

4) Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via Shopify Payments with 3D Secure authentication. In the event of product unavailability, a refund will be issued.

5) Delivery and availability

Products are delivered based on available stock. In the event of a stockout, you will be notified by email. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the product is no longer available.

Security and Privacy

We use secure measures to protect your personal data. However, the use of the Internet carries certain risks beyond our control. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec (Canada) for Canadian customers and by the laws of the State of New York for American customers.
